He is one of my favorite artists when it comes to trance music. I started listening to this song ever since the initials promos came out for his album mirage. I got so addicted to listening to it..that I had to make a instrumental cover. Trance is one of my favorite genres...most people tend to stay clear away from trance thinking it is monotonous with the same set of beats. Being a musician I can appreciate the sheer hard work that goes into making trance songs with different melodies. The producers of these songs are just geniuses in my mind. Well enough of my rant on trance...made this song as close to the original as possible. Changed the backing structure a bit and added my own variations in the synth. Used a normal piano patch for the lead and gave it both the delay and gating effects. Enjoyed making this cover and spent a lot of time on the mastering of the track. This is my first full fledged trance cover and took all the time mixing it...I needed both the drums and bass to hit the listener with all the punch. As always please leave your feedback...on the song, video and the mix...makes me better learning from a lot of more experienced folks out there.
